During the course of the three-year curriculum, each student will complete two part-time integrated clinical experiences and three full-time clinical education experiences lasting 8, 12, and 14 weeks. The George Washington (GW) Physical Therapy (PT) program annual request for clinical site commitments corresponds with the APTA suggested date, March 1st. Requests are for clinical experiences in the next calendar year. The encouraged return date is May 1st. Current clinical partners will receive an email with our annual request for slots through Exxat STEPS (Student Training and Education Placement Software).
